OCT-VC-300 Valve Controller
A field unit driving up to six latching valves on solar, which completes the irrigation cycle even if the link drops.
The logic lives in the unit, not in the cloud. When the link drops - and it does - the unit completes its loaded programme rather than leaving a field unirrigated or a valve open all night.
It drives latching valves, which draw power only at the instant of opening or closing. That is what makes running six of them from a 10 W solar panel possible at all.
Two local sensor inputs let the unit read its own moisture and decide without waiting for the platform.
