Technical guide
Guide to Preparing a Modern Irrigation Financing File
The documents a Central Bank initiative application needs, ordered in the sequence they are actually collected, separating what the farmer prepares from what we prepare.
A practical twelve-page guide that walks the file from beginning to end. It starts with what stalls applications most often: proof of tenure. Registered ownership, a lease or a usufruct, what is required in each case, and what the alternatives are when the instrument is incomplete.
Then the financial bundle: what a branch accepts as evidence that a cropping cycle can service the repayment, and how to present area, crops and supply contracts on one readable page rather than as a sheaf of loose papers.
Then the technical bundle, which is ours: the system design, a bill of materials with its technical specification, an itemised quotation, and pre- and post-conversion consumption built on measurement rather than assertion.
It closes with a realistic timeline for each stage and the questions a credit officer usually asks, with prepared answers. It states the same caution at the front and at the back: this guide prepares a file, it does not grant an approval. The credit decision belongs to the bank alone.
